Students will gain a knowledge of the fundamentals of psychology and within this develop independent thinking and research skills. Students will also develop their analytical and organisational skills and learn about scientific research methods, including collecting and working with data.

Students through learning about human behaviour can also build communication skills and help develop a respectful understanding of how different people behave in society
